1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using **Mac Dev Cleaner**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the foregoing, please do not use this Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to install and run the Mac Dev Cleaner application on your personal or company macOS device. This is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license grant, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify, distribute, or copy the software binary or code
  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from Mac Dev Cleaner
  • Remove any copyright, logo, or other proprietary markings
  • Rent, lease, or commercially distribute the application to third parties

3. As-Is Provision & Disclaimer

The Mac Dev Cleaner software is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

*Note: Because Mac Dev Cleaner performs file deletion operations on developer cache folders, simulator data, and system logs, you are advised to maintain current backups of your active developer workspace.*

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Mac Dev Cleaner team, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business data, workspace code files, active builds, compilation disruptions, or device storage malfunctions) arising out of the use or inability to use Mac Dev Cleaner, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

5. Code & Intellectual Property Reservation

We reserve all rights, titles, and interest in and to the Mac Dev Cleaner application, design layouts, core code, website assets, and branding assets. No title or property rights are transferred under these Terms.

6. No Refunds & Subscription Cancellation

Due to the nature of digital license delivery, all license purchases are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
